I'm Rosamund (Rosie) Paice, an academic researching seventeenth- and early eighteenth-century literature and culture.
My 'Lost Spaces' research focuses on writing about green and blue estate spaces from c.1639 to c. 1750 (multiple authors). My other current project focuses on the manuscript poetry of Sir Thomas Fairfax (1612–1671).
This website provides: an overview of my current projects, with links to publications and other research activities; transcriptions of Fairfax's work; and some older material that lends itself better to an online format than print. I will be adding more content sporadically. I hope you enjoy looking around and please feel free to send me feedback or ask questions.
I am a Lecturer in English and Creative Writing at Northumbria University. You can read my academic CV here.
